Orpington Town Football Club Holiday Camp

Terms and Conditions

By booking a place at Orpington Town Football Club Holiday Camp, parents/carers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bookings and Payment
  2. All bookings must be paid for in full at the point of booking. A child’s place is not confirmed until payment has been received.
  3. Attendance
  4. Payment for each booking must be made regardless of attendance. If a child does not attend a booked session, the session remains chargeable and no refund or credit will be issued.
  5. Cancellations and Amendments
  6. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.
  7. Credits and Refunds
  8. Cancellations made within the required notice period will be credited for the value of the cancelled session(s). Refunds will not be issued. Credits may be used towards future Orpington Town Football Club holiday camp bookings.
  9. Late Cancellations
  10. Cancellations or amendments made with less than two weeks’ notice will not be eligible for credit or refund.
  11. Camp Changes
  12. Orpington Town Football Club reserves the right to make changes to camp activities, schedules, or arrangements where necessary.
  13. Behaviour and Safety
  14. All children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, other children, and club facilities. Orpington Town Football Club reserves the right to remove any child from the camp if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
  15. Agreement
  16. By completing a booking, parents/carers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
